Mr. B V Naidu is the Promoter and Chairman of the Sagitaur Group of Companies. He brings in 23 years of rich experience and is well networked and proactive amongst the Govt-industry-Academiccommunity collaboration.
Prior to this Mr. Naidu, was founder & Managing Director of SemIndia Systems Pvt Ltd and Fabcity Pvt Ltd. SemIndia Systems was one of the fastest grown Telecom Product Company. In the past, Mr. Naidu has played a seminal role in the growth of the IT Industry in India, in his capacity as Director of Software Technology Parks of India, Bangalore/Hyderabad. He has created effective Techno-Economic Ecosystem, by actively engaging with the Industry, Government Departments, andAcademic Institutions. He has facilitated the growth of the software exports from less than $ 8 millionto 13 companies in 1991 to $ 12.0 billion from more than 1800 companies in Bangalore by 2007
Satish Srinivasan, Vice Chairman
Satish is a Partner at ALMT Legal and has more than 18 years of legal experience. He has an extensive background of advising and structuring joint ventures in India, advising a number of clients in establishing their presence in India through the incorporation of Companies and/ or setting up branch/ liaison offices. He has also been involved in taking approvals and reporting with the Foreign Investment Promotion Board and Reserve Bank of India apart from handling routine Company law compliances, FEMA compliances including Compounding matters before RBI, Conducting Due Diligences in our expansive career. Satish has completed his graduation in Commerce (B.Com) from the Ness Wadia College of Commerce, University of Pune, Pune in 1995. He went on to take his Masters in Personnel Management (MPM) from Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies and Research, University of Pune in the year 1997. Thereafter, in the year 2000, he went on the complete his Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B) from Symbiosis Law College,University of Pune.
David Keynan, Vice Chairman
David Keynan is the Vice Chairman of FIICC. David was formerly Managing Partner at BDO-I2I, the Indian arm of BDO Ziv-Haft from Israel. At his role in BDO-I2I David has led multiple business consulting and business initiation activities, including multiple Joint Ventures and Cross Border distribution agreements. Prior to starting BDO-I2I David was a member of Intel Capital India team since 2003, managing Intel’s India investments. He continued with Intel and relocated to India, for three years, to lead Intel investments in the telecom space. David was the Vice Chairman of the Technology Committee at the Israel-Asia Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the India Committee at the High Tech Industry Association. He was the first Israeli to be admitted as Chartered Member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs). David earned his B.Sc. in Mathematics and Philosophy from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem
Ajay Vasudeva, Vice Chairman
Ajay Vasudeva, Chairman of iSoftHub Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Verifylabs.co Group of Companies, is a seasoned executive with 30 years of global experience in the high-tech industry. Previously, Ajay has held many senior management leadership positions at MNCs like Nortel Networks, Nokia, andSamsung. Ajay has earned his Masters in Computer Science from USA and Bachelors in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from India.
Ajay believes that co-creation, collaboration, and technology can help change people’s lives.
Yotam Agam, VP Media
Yotam is a music, media and events Producer, Audio Engineer, Musician and a wellness entrepreneur.
For the last 17 years, Yotam has been a leading figure in the Indian media scene, co-founder of EarthSync Production house, Clementine Studios and is the executive producer for Major festivals in the country like the Covelong Point Surf, music and Yoga festival and the EarthSync festivals. He has led and produced 3 documentaries, some of which has won many awards.
Amongst many others thing Yotam is also an artist and a renewed Yoga Facilitator, Yotam enjoys wide network across the world of musicians, producers, and large media organizations.
Yotam is now heading all of the FIICC Media activities and opportunities.

He has vast experience in multiple industries including medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, telecom, digital printing and more. His proven record includes establishing and managing sales and marketing networks and successful commercialization of innovative products in the US, Europe, and Asia. Steven provides leadership in International business development, deal-making, sales, marketing, vision, and strategic planning, fundraising, and finance management.
Steven earned his B.Sc. in Economics and MBA in Business Management from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem
